1989:

KU wins the Preseason NIT over St. John's by a score of 66-57.

1990:

KU beats Northern Arizona 84-57 on the road. KU evened their record at 1-1.

1993:

#6 KU beats #9 Minnesota 75-71 in the semifinals of the Preseason NIT. Richard Scott scored 20. Steve Woodberry scored 17. Greg Ostertag had 14 points, 8 boards and 4 blocks.

2006:

KU beats Ball State 64-46 in the Las Vegas Invitational. Mario Chalmers scored 13. Brandon Rush had 11 points and 9 rebounds. Russell Robinson scored 10. Julian Wright had 9 points and 12 boards. 

2008:

KU goes to 3-0 with a 73-54 win over the Washington Huskies in KC. Sherron Collins scored 18 and had 5 assists. Cole Aldrich had 16 points, 9 rebounds and 6 blocks. Marcus Morris scored 13 and Tyshawn Taylor scored 10.
